Any payment made is non-refundable.

Orders will not be shipped out until payment balance is settled.

First to pay, first served.

Allow slight color difference to actual output versus layout due to limitations on printing process, ink concentrate, and/or screen display.

Once we handed over the items, deliveries are beyond our control.

We assure clients that items are in good condition before shipout but we cannot guarantee how these will be handled during transport and the time the courier will take to deliver the items.

We will not be liable for any damages and for any late deliveries caused by courier.
